Breakfast: Breakfast is served from 07:45 to 08:45, with earlier breakfasts by request. We pride ourselves on our extensive menu offering everything from traditional Scottish fare to vegetarian options and light bite choices.

Packed lunches are available on request (prior notice is necessary). An extra charge will be incurred for this.

Laundry service is available and will incur an extra charge.

• Pets by arrangement
• No smoking policy throughout the property
• We will not be liable for any damage caused to any personal effects or any vehicle parked on our property
• Valuables left in the room will not be the responsibility of Foreland Bed and Breakfast
• Cancellation of a reservation must be made within 24 hours of the date of arrival. Failure to do this will result in the first night accommodation being charged to your card
• We reserve the right to ask guests to vacate a room if we believe their behaviour to be unreasonable. Any unnecessary breakages to the property or its contents will be charged to the person responsible
